How do I transfer my preparedEPA assessments to my SIWF logbook for my residency?

Learn how to use preparedEPA to document your workplace-based assessments for the SIWF (Switzerland only)

preparedEPA assessments are (currently) not transferred automatically to the SIWF e-logbook. However, instead of CEX/DOPS you can submit proof of workplace-based assessments from the preparedEPA app.

 

1. Export from preparedEPA

Create a PDF export of your workplace-based assessments. You can do this from the home screen, or under “Profile” and then “Share”:

2. Entry in the SIWF e-logbook

There are 2 options:

Option 1: Fully compliant with 4 manual entries

Select four assessments from the export and enter them manually in the e-logbook.

Option 2: Pragmatic with only 1 entry and PDF attachment

Enter just any one assessment and upload the entire PDF file in the corresponding field there.
