Trainee Management in prepared Cockpit
Trainee Management allows Institution Admins to efficiently manage the list of active trainees. You can update user details such as Employee ID and Cohort, search for specific individuals, and remove trainees who have left the institute from your overview.
Important Note on Data
Trainees retain their Competence Profile throughout their entire career.
When you remove a trainee from your list using the "Remove" function, the user is not deleted. They are simply moved to a "parking position" and assigned to the Test Institution.
The profile remains intact, and the trainee can independently switch to their new institution in their app settings at any time when starting a new job.
Individual Features

1. Search, Filter, and Sort
Quickly find employees using the search bar or use column filters to display only a specific Cohort, for example. Sorting by "Last Activity" helps you identify inactive users or potential candidates for removal.
2. Edit Users and Bulk Actions
You can select single or multiple users simultaneously using the checkboxes. The action menu allows you to efficiently maintain data, e.g., assigning a new Cohort to all 2025 entrants or removing several people at once.
3. Removing Trainees
If a trainee leaves your institution, select the Remove action. This triggers the transfer to the Test Institution described above.
4. Export
For external reporting or list management, you can download the current view as an Excel file at any time.
