What you'll find under "Settings"
When you tap on your profile picture in the bottom right corner of your screen, you will access your account settings – and other helpful stuff.
Besides editing your account settings, you can change your password or email address. As a trainee, you can check which supervisors you share your profile with. Moreover, you can access our knowledge base, and give us feedback about the app. If, for some reason, you want to log out (or even delete your account, for which you just scroll down and tap on the according link), you can do so too. Just keep in mind that this account is your personal competence profile, there is no need for you to have two accounts.
Edit your account settings
Under "Edit", you can edit any of your account settings, such as your profile picture, name, gender or your institution, version or role. The logic behind editing your account works the same way as the registration process. So when you edit your preparedEPA version, you also need to enter your institution and role. When you change your institution, you also need to select your role at the new institution.
💡 The first time you select the "Supervisor" role for a certain institution, a confirmation request will automatically be sent to the responsible institution admin. Once you are confirmed for that institution, you can switch between trainee and supervisor roles as many times as you like without having to be re-confirmed.
Scrolling down on the same screen, you can edit your data privacy settings. If you want to get the most out of our app, just activate all four of them.
